Shipping policy

Each order at The Magnet Studio is custom-made just for you, and as such, processing times typically take up to 48 hours before your item is shipped. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you have not received your order after 10 days in transit, please contact us. We will work closely with the shipping provider to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
